Meet Bronn

I’ve always believed that movement is medicine—a powerful tool to heal the body and mind in ways we often don’t realise.

After struggling with an unhealthy relationship with my body and overexercising, I discovered Pilates, and it completely transformed the way I viewed movement. I couldn’t believe that exercise could be both enjoyable and effective—it felt like coming home to my body.

To me, Pilates is far more than just exercises on a mat. It’s an outlet, a way to reconnect with yourself, and a practice that fosters strength, balance, and mindfulness.

My passion for this transformative practice led me to train at one of Dublin’s leading Pilates studios, Reformation Studios, where I studied the anatomy and physiology of movement and completed my 200-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training. I later deepened my expertise by completing my Reformer training with Yogahub Ireland, and APPI Pre+Post Natal Training with UniteHealth.

Now, I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned, helping others create a sustainable, joyful relationship with exercise. Through my teaching, I aim to help you build strength and mobility, honor your body, and embrace the best version of yourself.
