A 90-minute restorative Reformer workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and find calm before the holidays begin.

You’ll move through a gentle, grounding sequence focused on easing stress and creating space through the spine, hips, and shoulders - areas that hold the most seasonal fatigue.

We’ll close with guided relaxation and reflective journaling, along with tea and festive nibbles - a quiet moment to soften and reset before the celebrations start.
