Winter Bloom Day 10: Lower Body Control

Today’s class designed to build stability and control through the muscles surrounding the pelvis. You’ll work the glutes, inner and outer thighs, and deep hip stabilisers through a mix of standing strength, bridging variations, and classic Pilates exercises. Expect purposeful movement, steady effort, and a strong, supported feeling through the lower body that carries into everything else you do.
