Lower Body Control
Lower Body Control is all about moving one side at a time to build strength, balance, and awareness through the hips and pelvis. By working unilaterally, you’ll challenge stabilising muscles, improve alignment, and develop more even, connected strength through your lower body. Expect a steady, intentional flow with plenty of hip and glute work, supported core activation, and functional strength that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and in control.
What to Expect:
Squats, Unilateral Core Work, One-Leg Circles, Bridge & Single-Leg Bridge, Side-Lying Abductor & Adductor Work
