This class blends hip strength, shoulder stability, and core control to create that strong, supported sculpt through your lower body and waistline. You’ll activate the glutes and outer hips, challenge the obliques, and build deep stability through the trunk. The movements may look simple, but they work the muscles that matter most for balance and control. Add ankle weights if you’d like to turn up the heat, or keep it bodyweight for a strong, steady burn.
