Winter Bloom Day 8: Core Connections

Today’s class is designed to help you understand and feel the difference between core stability and core strength. Through breath-led, controlled movement, you’ll work the deep stabilising muscles, the superficial abdominals, and the obliques, learning when to hold steady and when to generate effort. Expect intelligent sequencing, steady heat, and a deeper sense of support and connection through your core by the end of the class.
