Core Balance with the Ball
This class uses the Pilates ball to connect spine, core, and back-body strength into one powerful flow. You’ll start by freeing up the spine, then move into deep core activation with the lower abs and pelvis. From there, you’ll balance the work with back-body strength and shoulder stability, leaving your trunk feeling strong, supported, and free.
