Full Body Strength with Weights
In this mindful strength-focused class, we’re layering in light weights (1–3kg or whatever you have handy) to deepen connection and build full-body strength. Rooted in Pilates principles, you’ll focus on control, alignment, and awareness throughout. Expect shoulder and arm work, glute and leg strength, and postural stability—all with a mindful pace.
Note: This class includes a lot of kneeling and may not be suitable for those with knee injuries.
