We’ll start by softening into the breath and releasing through the spine and hips, and then build gently into some side-lying glute work to bring warmth and support through your lower body. Nothing rushed, nothing intense — just steady, controlled movement that helps you feel anchored and switched on.
Think of this as arriving: settling your system, reconnecting to your centre, and creating a strong, warm foundation for the days ahead.
